AUCTION DETAILS

🌿 Auction ends 48 hours after the first bid or auto-buy (AB); please check the specific auction description for any updates or changes.🌿 If the winner does not pay within 24 hours, the second highest bidder wins or the adopt will be put back for sale;🌿 If a bid is placed in the last 10 minutes, auction time extends by 30 minutes;🌿 Withdrawals are not allowed;🌿 Response times may exceed 24 hours; please be patient.

PAYMENT

🌿Payment via PayPal (USD), VeloBank (PLN), or PrivatBank (UAH).
Payment is required within 24 hours after I contact you following your win. No refunds after payment;🌿 If you choose to pay through a bank transfer instead of PayPal, the transfer fee/commission must be covered by the buyer;🌿 Full payment must be sent to receive the character;🌿 This is a digital product; no physical items will be shipped.🙂

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

🌿 Character is for personal use only;🌿 You may gift, trade, or resell at the same price or lower;🌿 Minor design edits allowed;🌿 You may name and develop your character’s story;🌿 Full-resolution, unwatermarked PNG images with transparent backgrounds will be provided. For more details on the files you’ll receive, please check under the auction you’re interested in, as they may vary.🌿 There may be bonuses included with the adopts. Please check the information under the specific auction.
All bonus and additional options will be drawn in the same style as the adopt (except for the agreed-upon render).
--- Additional illustrations will be completed within a minimum of one month after selection. The exact timing may vary depending on my workload and the complexity of the artwork, but I always aim to complete them as quickly as possible. It’s recommended to specify your chosen options before payment.
--- All artworks, bonuses, and additional versions are final and not subject to edits.
--- However, small suggestions or ideas are always welcome — don’t hesitate to share them!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

🌿 I reserve the right to keep and showcase all my works in my portfolio and social media, with credit to the buyer;🌿 The auction may run simultaneously on multiple platforms. Please read the description under each auction carefully.🌿 Each adopt is sold only once (except false bids);🌿 Artwork rights remain mine; character usage rights belong to you.🌿 Files are usually sent via Google Drive as a ZIP archive link, or via email.🌿Commercial Rights: By purchasing commercial rights, the buyer gains full permission to use the character for profit — including merchandise, prints, games, comics, and other commercial projects.
After the purchase, the artist (creator) may no longer use the character for new artworks or personal projects.
However, the artist retains the right to display the original artwork in their portfolio or gallery for showcase purposes only.

BLACK LIST

Non-communication or ignoring after winning leads to blacklisting.
